Delete inside the app
- Open VeriPatra and sign in on the Vault tab.
- Scroll to Delete Vault account.
- Read the warning, type the Vault ID exactly, then choose Delete forever.

Permanently delete a Vault account
The complete deletion flow is available inside VeriPatra. It removes the account, stored documents, document keys and active sessions, and it cannot be undone.
What is removed
The Vault account, its stored documents, every document encryption key and all active sessions are permanently removed. Every signed-in device is signed out. This cannot be reversed.
Local device data
Local reports, Trust Passports, marked PDFs and settings are separate device data. Remove them by clearing VeriPatra app storage or uninstalling the app.
If you cannot sign in
Email the Vault ID to admin@bighelpers.in. We may request enough information to verify control before processing the request. Never email a password, recovery code or document.
